Launch of the Faroverde Financing Program – 3rd Edition – 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FAROVERDE 2026 FINANCING PROGRAM

The Canadian Foundation for the Children of Ecuador (FEÉ) officially opens the call for proposals for the Faroverde 2026 Financing Program, a cooperation and donation initiative created in 2024 with the objective of supporting local projects that generate sustainable social and environmental impacts in Ecuador.

Faroverde 2026 seeks to strengthen non-profit organizations through the financing of projects aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities, promoting concrete solutions that are territorially relevant and have the potential for collective impact. The program does not constitute a contracting mechanism or a service provision scheme, but rather a cooperation instrument aimed at community, institutional, and territorial strengthening.

For the 2026 edition, the Faroverde Program adopts an exclusive strategic approach, structured solely around two priority cross-cutting axes, defined by the Faroverde Committee as the central areas of intervention of the program.

Consequently, only proposals that align directly, clearly, and consistently with at least one of these two axes will be considered eligible. Projects that fall outside this strategic framework will not be financed.

This focused approach aims to:

  • Ensure greater programmatic coherence.
  • Optimize the use of available resources.
  • Strengthen a deeper and more measurable collective impact.

Submit your project and join this network of change and development.
