We focus on education and empowerment
Education is free in Ecuador, but many barriers prevent children from accessing it. Uniforms and textbooks are too expensive, there is a lack of schools and teachers, educational infrastructure is inadequate, and public transportation is unreliable. In rural and Indigenous areas, the scarcity of schools forces children to travel long distances to attend classes, reducing their chances of receiving an education. Through our sponsorship program, children in daycare can continue their education all the way to university. This program provides donors with a meaningful way to directly improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged children and, most importantly, ensure their access to education.
Our impact
For two decades, the Rosalia Foundation has been dedicated to improving the environment for many Ecuadorian families. Each year, our daycare welcomes approximately 35 children, offering a space for early childhood development. Thanks to the sponsorship program, we have awarded 100 scholarships, opening educational doors for many. Our psychological support strengthens family well nike dunk high blue satin-being. More than just an organization, we are a pillar for over 500 families, also reaching nearly 350 women with essential services. Around 40 young people discover their passion through guitar lessons offered by our music teacher in Pascuales.
