Faroverde Program

The Fundación para los Niños del Ecuador (FEÉ) is launching the second edition of its Faroverde funding program. This program aims to strengthen the autonomy of women heads of households and improve the education and health of children in Ecuador. Designed for nonprofit organizations, it seeks to support local projects with a sustainable impact and aligned with our areas of intervention. Faroverde is a strategic pillar of FEÉ, contributing to concrete solutions through the leadership of local actors.

Program objectives

Strengthening the autonomy of women heads of households: At the heart of our mission lies the deep conviction that every woman deserves the means to live independently and safely. We are committed to providing them with the necessary tools to overcome challenges related to domestic violence and economic isolation. We contribute to creating environments where they can thrive and offer a better future for their children.

Criterios de elegibilidad

Para ser considerado dentro del programa, su proyecto debe cumplir con todos los siguientes criterios:
Ser una organización sin fines de lucro con sede en Ecuador o un grupo legalmente constituido en el país.
Presentar una solicitud completa alineada con los objetivos del programa.
Implementar el proyecto dentro del territorio ecuatoriano.
No son elegibles:
Organizaciones con fines de lucro.
Organizaciones que tengan como único propósito la promoción de una religión.
Organizaciones de carácter político o que respalden directamente a un partido político.

Evaluation Criteria

Applications are reviewed by an evaluation committee, and selected projects must be approved by the selection committee of the Fundación para los Niños del Ecuador. The evaluation process may take approximately three months from the submission deadline to the final decision announcement.
The evaluation will consider:
– The organization’s experience and management capacity.
– The feasibility and financial sustainability of the project.
– The overall quality of the project and its impact on the community.



Payment Terms

Organizations or legally constituted groups receiving funding under the program agree to:
– Submit an interim report on project progress.
– Provide copyright-free photographs of the project.
– Submit a final report within a maximum nike dunk high blue satin of three months after project completion.

The final payment of the funding (equivalent to 10% of the total amount) will be made once the final report is approved by the selection committee. For project implementation, expenses related to the general operation of the organization are not eligible. The financial aid amount cannot exceed 85% of the project’s total budget.
