For over two decades, he carried out this responsibility with exemplary dedication and diligence. We will remember him near the street, meticulously noting in his notebook everything that happened during the night. His presence was known and respected by everyone in the neighborhood.
In Pascuales, a community sometimes marked by hardship and insecurity, César was a pillar of tranquility. Thanks to him, the safety of the premises and the people was never compromised. Beyond his role as a watchman, César was a joyful man, deeply devoted to his family and colleagues.
